Custom Style Sheets

From what I understand it formatting a template so that things are uniform.

I'm still learning bout all this stuff too.

Actually, they are Cascading Style Sheets.

They tell the browser how a page is to be displayed. They can be used to deturmine the page's layout - also you can have more than one style sheets that are applied depending on what priorities you set...

Is anyone here with a site a hardcore coder, or is everyone using Dreamweaver these days?

Here is another good link with a lot of information is http://www.w3.org

CSS is Cascading Style Sheets and to add to what MadMax has said, these CSS files are like text files that contain information on text/background layout (Font, Font Size and Color). You can even use them for mouse over options and link color options. They are used to help simplify web page coding so that you do not have to retype all color/font options in full for each change, you simply set a key value or multiple values (ie. Font, Font Size, Color, Spacing) to a variable.

notpad rulez!
My supervisor picks at me all the time because I live in notepad, and have these little text files everywhere - that's how I make notes to myself...she's like - why not just use tasks in outlook, or use word or something - i'm like notepad works, it's fast, and I'm used to the little notepad icons to remind me to do something :)

You've always gotta be different don't you, MAX! J/K!:D

CSS - Counter Strike Syndrome? When you're life start to revolve around Counter Strike. You are always a T with a Mac10 and your significant other is always a CT with a AWP. Go figure!
