On A Rock In Rural Iowa

There is a large rock near a gravel pit on Highway 25 in rural Iowa. For generations, kids have painted slogans, names, and obscenities on this rock, changing its character many, many times.
A few months back, the rock received its latest paint job, and since then it has been left completely undisturbed. It's quite an impressive sight.

My props go out to Ray Sorensen. That is one lovely piece of artwork. Being from a military background and having everyone of my high school friends in the Army, this kind of thing makes me feel bad for not going myself. But, God has a plan for all of us and those that serve have my utmost respect. ROCK ON!
