I just found out (by playing in the bios) that my 2800+ was one of the unlocked bartons.... 11x multiplier X 200FSB = 3200+ same as stock 3200+ even POSTS as a 3200+ w00t w00t w00t!!!

Just in case anyone is curious...
I was having this weird issue - where if I ran my memory and fsb in sync at 400 fsb, I was getting graphic glitches...I thought it was my ram - turns out my board doesn't officially support 400 fsb, as it is a rev1 Nforce2 chipset, rather than the Nforce2 Ultra 400 that is shipping now :(

I decided to go ahead and play it safe and run the cpu at stock speeds...there is only 120MHz differnce between a 2800+ (2.08GHZ) and a 3200+ (2.2 GHZ), and besides, I can now run my RAM in Sync, and it tight timings at Dual DDR, and I honestly can't tell any differnece in speed in games or benchmarks - I guess better safe than sorry :)
