A Picture Question?

ok I have a picture and it's kinda fuzzy. It's not to bad just looks like I shouldn't have had the flash on. My question is... Is there anyway I can clear it up?

Thanks guys as soon as Dragon gets home and he is able to put the scaner printer copyer thing (what ever it is)back up on his computer I'll send it to you and see what you can do for me. I didn't get the picture cd with these pictures when I got them back. So I'll have to do it that way....
