Anyone know a good Deer Jerky recipe?

Oh my gooness... I was at tech today, and a guy i know asked me if i like good Deer jerky.. and i was like.. er kinda.. but anywho, he said it was made with teriyaki, and red peppers... good gracious child... IT WAS awesome.. the taste was unreal.. I think I remember Tracker sayin' something about making really good deer jerky. I'll ask him if he doesn't see this post.
