yea no doubt, not cool as far as the damage by no means, i wonder what time were supposed 2 go outside and see these auroras, cause thats like serious CS time when its night outside..

I heard ( CBSnews.com i think ) that there should be Auroras as far south as Texas and Flordia on account of this - I hope we get some down here in SC, and over west fer you Louisiana guys...

BTW, just an update, finally did see an Aurora, last thursday, oct 30 at dusk....totally awesome, and beautiful.

okay guys, time to watch the sky again tonite..they have reported that the largest recorded solar eruption took place late last night and that is should cause more auroras tonite along with disruption of satellite comminucations...
