You have to upload it to somewhere on the internet where u can have a direct web link (hyperlink) to it. Do you have one of those free angelfire or geocity accounts where they let you build a free webpage? If so, you could upload the picture to one of those types of accounts and then link the picture to any forums or other site that you want to.

nice job matrix, just seein u do stuff gave me ps7 makin 'bug'. I fooled around with some pics i found, here is what i got after about 20 mins.

P.S. I made it too big, and if i resized just loses quality too much, and i dont wana redo all over again :P
