Ok, this thread is simple...What kind of computer are you running??? Basically, the only thing I'M really interested in is hardware that pertains to the games themselves (CPU, RAM amount, Video Card)

I'll start off:
I'm runnin a 1GHz PIII with 512 Mb PC133 Memory and a Radeon 8500 video card with 64 Mb DDR RAM... See? It's that simple!!! So, WHAT'S IN YOUR COMPUTER???

Currently I have sitting in various positions around my computer desk:

AMD XP 2000
512 Mb PC2100 DDR
GeForce 4 ti 4200 128 Mb DDR
SB Live 5.1

Currently I am waiting on a supply drop from orbit (read: replacement Shuttle m0b0) It is currently in route from CA... hmmm I am worried with my recent luck that it might mirror the Columbia... Eerily similar... Shuttle coming from CA crossing TX to pass over NOLA... Keep fingers crossed.

At present I'm running a PIII 1.0gig, 256 PC133 RAM, GeForce2 MX400 PCI, that's total hax. But as soon as my vacation check comes in, ETA 1 month, I'm getting 2500 Barton, 2x512 Crucial 3200 RAM running in dual DDR mode, and either a GeForce4 Ti 4200 128 RAM or a FX 5600 Ultra 128 RAM. Just depends on what the starting prices are, supposed to be around $200 but we'll have to see. If there's enough cash left over I might even get a monitor too, wifey's idea w00t!

P3 933 (Compaq...arrgh!) 256k 133 RAM, MX 400 64meg PCI vid card, Sound Blaster PCI 16 (POS). Basically I'm due. Like Onji said, as soon as it stps running stuff I'll upgrade. I'm right on the edge of stuff not working. Unreal 2K3 and C&C are straining that bad boy...and this time Ima build it and save $$$.

I bought an 80 gig WD Hard drive last night with an 8 meg cache. It's supposed to really fly but I haven't installed it yet. I'm trying to decide weather my next upgrade should be a Barton 2500 or a new vid card.

I'll post know that Yankee has, so my system doesn't seem so out dated. I have a 1.4 T-bird AMD processor on an ABIT KX7-333R Mobo with 512 PC 2700 OCSystem Memory and a EVGA G-Force 4 Ti 4200 128 meg DDR Vid-Card. My system looks good though with the Dragon Blue Antex Case with Acrylic window and 7 blue led 80 mm fan, the Thermaltake Volcano 9 CPU cooler. A UV cathode tube and an neon blue EL round IDE cable going to my 40 gig Maxtor Diamond stealth hard drive and a 460 watts true blue antec power supply. My sound card is an old Creative lab 32 card. Ancient but since I wear head phones with every game whats the point in upgrading. I was about to order a new processor and more but I just blew the rear end out of my truck. If you don't know I have a 2000 F-150 4X4 ext cab truck with 5" of Superlift suspension lift, 3" of body lift, a steering stabilizer. L&L ladder traction bars. A super chip in the motor. True dual glass pak exhaust system, running 35" Super Swamper Thornbird Tires on Eagle 589 rims and all this as running on my stock 3.55 gears. Saturday She went BOOM, CRACK, BAM, SCREACH, That's all folks. I totally shatered the pinion gear all planetary spider gears and the slip differntial case. I also lost some bearings when they blew out literally through the rear differential cover plate. Man what a noise. My wife was riding with me and screamed what happened. I yelled AAHH I think I ran over a car. lol. But needless to say I'm exremely happy now because I'm getting new heavy duty 4.10 gears, an Eaton Posi Lock Differntial, Heavy Duty Black Diamond gears and bearings for the rear end and front end and a new Chrome Differntial cover. Wow, I'm bored hope I didn't get too off subject.
