check this (http://home.earthlink.net/~denste/data/JavelinLiveFireVsT72.mpg) out. You might want to right-click and save as.

Here is what the guy who I got the link from posted on another forum. He's the one hosting this video.

This is a test shot of the Javelin anti tank missile, which is now the standard medium anti tank guided missile for infantrymen.
Essentially it fills the role of the Dragon System that I packed in the mid eighties. Roughly the same size and weight, it is an order of magnitude more lethal, and makes up for many shortcomings of the dragon system.
The dragon system was wire guided, and required the gunner to track the target until the missile impact. Additionally it has a huge launch signature. These made being a Dragon gunner a hazardous job. The missile was slow flying, and a tank crew that was very alert could see you and take you under fire before you missile hit. It's wire guidance was prone to break if the gunner overcorrected or flinched. It's warhead struck from the horizontal, against the heavier armor of the tank.
Javelin fixed all this. It has a lower launch signature. It can be fired from better cover. It is self guiding. It strikes from a high angle. It is incredibly lethal for a manpack weapon. Our lighter forces, particularly the 82nd and 101st, are not totally defenseless against tanks.
