How to stop ADMIN ABUSE!!!!

Aight i need some help. As you already no im in cbsd and i am one of the admins but i dont abuse powwer but izzo go crazy. He will restart round after he dies 1 time he will change map at will with no vote and he will kill ppl with his wrath constantly and he will also kick and ban ppl for no reason. Just wondering how I could make him stop like some advice to give him maybe. BLAH!!!!!!!!!

Izzo is the leader b00n.....kinda hard to take admin from the clan founder and the guy who runs the server.
