Since there is no voice comm in Battlefield yet, we have been using RogerWilco to communicate with each other.
If you dont have it, you can grab it here: RogerWilco_mk1d3.exe (http://www.lamerc.com/files/misc/RogerWilco_mk1d3.exe) 1mb
We need to be using a private channel so that we dont interfere with the other players on our rogerwilco channel. Here's what you do.
For the server name type in: lamerc.com/bf
Password: letmein
This will create a new channel called bf that we will have to ourselves. See ya there!.
