I was at Wal-Mart the other day and saw something from my childhood. For those of you who had or remember the Atari 2600, you can but the original joystick with 10 games built in it. No console just the joystick with A/V wires that plugs into your TV. I don't remeber all the games but it had Asteriods, Centipede, Adventure (one of my favs), pong, circus, breakout and a bunch of others. I almost bought it that night but passed. I'm gonna go back and get one...GOTTA HAVE IT! If nothing else it will be great fro travel. It was only $20 so I think I can afford it and not care when it breaks. It will be cool just to play those old 3 bit games with the original joystick. Anyone else thnk that's cool?

Hell yeah Snake...that ruled!!! Berzerk was awesome too. Dirge, 3 is a multiple 8....DUH!!!

How in the world is 3 a multiple of 8? Remember, we are talking about integers here.

Multiples of 8: 1,2,4,8,16,24,32,40,48,56,64

Multiples of 3: 1,3,6,9,12,15,18

COmbat was the best...I liked the planes as much as the tanks. My fav games were Defender and Berzerk.

That is pretty cool! I've got an emulator for the pc with every atari game ever made... not the same though... I do have several old systems still in working order... C64, atari 400 and 800xl puters, atari 5200.. Thought about hutin down an old 2600 for the heck of it, but my wife is pretty sensitive about my collection.. then again, what does she know anyway!!!! Couldn't see her complaining about $20
