i know me though - i won't save it that long tracker...I should have enough next year to get a kick arse laptop, and by then, hopefully they will have a 128MB graphics chip for laptops..w00t! I'm gonna play with this i think...hehehe! weeee!

Well, I've got a decent system now, 2000+/90GB HDD on 2 drives/128MB RADEON 8500 VID/1GIG of RAM - so I don't know for sure if I would see much diff going to a faster chip...maybe some, but not enough to justify the costs...dunno yet - before this is all over with, I might end up just putting the freakin money in the bank...lol. I was origninally going to get a laptop, and the eBay deal bombed out, but I found out my old boss could get me one new, with about the same specs for the same price, so I may do that...

I gotta pretty decent system now Crazy...Just thinking of what I could add to it to make it better...I'm thinking hard about an LCD Screen...maybe not an 19 but more like a 18.1, not much diff in size, BIG diff in price...

There is a 15in monitor at office depot that is a tv, and a monitor, and flat panel. If your on Monitor view, you can see tv in PIP, but if your in tv view, you cant see the your comp screen, or no PIP at all. Its like 500$. There is also a 17in, im thinking its alot more than 500$. LCD too.

I'm looking at an 18.1 Mitsubushi at best buy for $699 and that's IF I decided to get an LCD...still now sure how I would like it for gaming though - I'm prolly just going to get some little things i've been wanting for a while, but never really had the gumption to go out any buy...lol...
