I want a clarification: By parking lot do you mean nuclear wasteland or leveled ground, i.e. Hamburg, Germany 1945?

parking lot? the whole goal is to protect the civilians. thats why we cant just bomb it. we have to do some urban assulting with soldiers to clear the area and protect civilian life.
