I im running aol and playing counter strike is it gonna effect my lag or ping time?

And how to fix this windows xp thing that messes up gta3 if you know?

Obviously your 1st problem is you ISP. My understanding is that AOL has always had issues with ping when it comes to online gaming. Are you on AOL's DSL or dial up?
Lose AOL!!!
