i downloaded the game today and when i went to go play it it brought up this little grey screen that said u need 32 bit to play it so i went ahead and changed that and restarted then i come back and try and start it up again and now it says this

General protection fault!

History: ResetDevice <- UD3DRenderDevice::SetRes <- UWindowsViewport::Exec
does anyone know what this means ??
please help me

delete and redownload the game, it worked great for me..

im downloading it again now .. i tried following this post of the original site which took awhile for nothing it mad me pretty mad anyway i hope this works.. mad did u have the same problem?

right after the splash screen, edit the .ini files SplinterCellUser.ini and SplinterCellSettings.ini, in the game's SYSTEM folder, at the lines with "Resolution=640x480" and change the "640x480" to "800x600".

This worked for me. Have fun playing if this fixes your problems.

i didnt have any issues, i dled it about 20 seconds after it was up on our page..and played it that evening.
