I'm going to attempt to post some pictures that have to do with a few different threads. A while ago I think Sniper brought up a thread about deer and posting pics of deer he's killed. Here's mine, hopefully, 180lbs dressed 8 points 19 inch inside spread and 8 1/2 and 9 1/2 on the other side G2's.

One of my son and me on opening day of goose season he's only 4, if I wasn't a fool I would have taken a picture when we were picking up decoys. We had all the decoys in a pile and a pair of geese decided come in anyway. They were less then 10 yards from my son before they flared and the camera was forgotten in my pocket.

almost ran over a deer down a street down here.
looked like bambi.
on the same night my friend called 911 for an owl that got hit, and we were standing over it, and we thought it was dead or dying. that thing decided to take off right for his head, so we just got in the truck silently and sped off.

A deer hit me once. I was at a petting zoo feeding the dam thing, and one came charging at me. I threw food at it as hard as i could but it was too late, he knocked me flying. I was only 11 at the time... But i have had nightmares about it ever since... it was a sad day...

sounds like a new carol... instead of "grandma got run over by a reindeer" we've got "brandon got run over by a tame deer"

my dog killed a deer. and I'm not talking about a Rottweiler or anything like that -- a brittany spaniel. a bird dog. she's a great watch dog... protects our back yard from robbers and predators and... stray deer. she also killed a copperhead once -- i got to watch that.. now THAT was so gross.
