Well if you're gonna bring legal matters into it, look up your state's laws on statutory rape -- in most states (as far as I know) those laws don't even apply to "dating"; just "sexual relations" (if anybody starts going all Bill Clinton on this, I'm going to slap you). It probably varies from state to state, but here I think the "adult" age (where statutory rape laws don't apply) is something like 16. So anyway... you'd probably be ok in the legal department.

Now, you just have to get her to LIKE you... lol
