questions about avatar

hey i finally found some good pictures of big poppa pump not the one i whanted but pretty deceant.They were to big though 400 x 500 an daround that but the avatars have to be 100 x 100 anyone know how i can fix this? please dont be to complicated iam not a cpu Guru thx

Hey thanks for the easy link to you and all the hard works i think it will look geat but one thing how do i change it as a bit map image to
a jpg? something it said it had to be in? thx
