It was something on the FTP/TS server. Apparently there are some shared server side includes or something. I really didn't dig to far into that.
I knew the ftp server was down, but I never had the time to troubleshoot it. So yesterday I finally unhooked the server and brought it to the workbench, and come to find out it would not boot all the way. I had to run a filesystem check on it, and it found and corrected some corruption, and then booted normally. /shrug
I didn't know it had that kind of affect on the main page here, but i'm not complaining, its fixed lol
