So very true,, my Mother being one of the worst, I've gotten to the point with her, I try convince her when she buys a new computer to get the Geek Squad maintenance contract and dont let it expire.... this way when she calls up with my computer screen is locking up and I cant get on the internet problem.... my answer is.. well what did the the guys at best buy do last time it did this??
