OK, my brother wants to get a new Monitor, hes been using an OLD 21 in CRT for ever. He likes the Dell 22 in flat panel I have, but before I go ordering one from dell again, I figured why not ask around and see what the lastest and greatest is?

Opinions needed.

This one (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824254035&cm_re=hanns-g-_-24-254-035-_-Product), hands down. 22" widescreen, 5ms (give or take) timing. You can wait until they go on sale w/ free shipping, which happens pretty regularly. It's our standard monitor at work now.

23" version on sale right now (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824254045&cm_re=hanns-g-_-24-254-045-_-Product) for the same price.

I bought this one (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824254043&cm_re=hanns-g-_-24-254-043-_-Product), which, to use the term, r0xx0rs.

Buy one of those, and give your brother the Dell.

I run a couple 22" V7's from Ingram-Micro. I like them. IM owns the company. Especially for $139/ea.

Sweet looking Monitor Toby, I guess I need to find out just how much money hes wanting to put into a monitor too. That should help narrow my choices down some.

And Frag, I've looked at those on new egg, they seem to be a pretty popular monitor.
