All Cops Please Read I Need Some Help

Ok guys i am 18 and over the weekend i got a citation to go to court for alcohol possesion. I live in maryland and i know the laws might be different. Know i just wanted to know what i could be looking at for fines and all that so if you guys could help me out a lil bit it would be appreciated

yeah that suxors my friend failed sobriety test .08 witch shouldnt fail right well the cop noticed his 21St.B-Day was the next day and
he was still 20.He still got slammed DWI. lol:slap

u need to plea for deferred judication, or pled no contest. This will put you on a 90 day propation and if u dont get in drouble during this time, then no comunity service, no nothing. You still have to pay ticket. Mine was about 150, but that was 4 years ago.IF you are really not sure what to do, just bite the bullet and get a lawyer, the judge will look down on you if you do not have one, the judge may even try and make you pay for stuff u dont have to. HEEHEEHEHE
