start wally go to Wizard---> HL Color Decal---> choose your file from File On Hard Drive.... (make sure you resized it to one of the allowable sizes)--- choose Open---> Save As---> (if its not named pldecal which there is no reason it shouldn't be, name it that) and save it in the cstrike folder.... easy as pie ya d0pe... :P
