my new models on the RU patch are in my left hand and my config.cfg is not fixing it nor is the customize menu so i have no clue how to fix it can anyone put their config.cfg on here so i can copy it

Someone, You need to go to your cstrike/models folder. You need to delete all your v_XXX.mdl (which is the old lefty model in cs versions earlier than cs1.4) models and rename the v_xxx_r.mdl (which is the old righty model in cs versions earlier than cs1.4) to v_xxx.mdl (the only model now used in cs). The new cs engine will just take that one model and mirror to the left hand if you choose to be a lefty.

i got ssome from a friend hta has them in the right hand but i will see if this works

there is a file that reads v_aug.mdland the other one reads v_aug_r.mdl

i delete the ones that say v_XXXX.mdl and only put the one that says v_XXXX_r.mdl?

Well I'm a old man and a "noob" and I don't understand 3/4 of what you guy's type most of the time with your short cuts and junk.
