any idea what this error is?

when i connect to cs using my router this is what i get. I get in the game but then get booted about 15 sec later. Any ideas guys?

naa, linksys rox, its just because our server is behind a linksys router, and if your firmware is older than the firmware thats on the one for the server it boots you, dont ask me why
