® = alt + 0174 (use the number pad)
© = alt + 0169
™ = alt + 0153

You should be able to find all these characters by opening your character map which you should be able to locate by going to
Start>>Programs>>Accessories>>Character Map
Other OS's
Start>>Programs>>Accessories>>System Tools>>Character Map
Once you get the Character Map open, just click on a character that you would like to use. It should show you the alt+number pad combo, that you have to use to get that character, towards the bottom right of the character map window
