When I was a kid my uncle took his old water bed mattress and filled it mostly with air then put it in his pool. One person would sit on an end and another would jump off the diving board to launch people to the shallow end. When it was my turn to get launched I was catapulted onto the concrete beside the pool. I came out a little bloodied up and my mom made us take it out of the pool.
