The hood needs someone like Obama to bring them hope and change. Soon after he is president these kinds of events will stop happening because eveyone will be eating rainbow soup and crapping sunshine. The rats in the hood will no longer kill and steal from one another and they will no longer be a burden on the taxpayer. Magic government fairies will create jobs from flower petals for everyone in the hood and have them drink from the mystical sugary cup of personal responsibility to motivate them to actually show up for the new magically created jobs. Magical gnomes will pass out birth control and the hood rats will use it. Instantly, with just a flash of a toothy smile from King Obama...er um...President Obama all the guns in the hood will instantly transform into tools and paint brushes. On command of the rats they will begin to magically repair and paint rundown shacks of homes. Flowers will instantly replace garbage and trash strewn along the hood's streets and abandoned broke down cars will instantly morph into welcoming swingsets and merry-go-rounds for all children to enjoy. Just don't ask King Obama HOW he plans to do it...just know there is a lot of hope and change coming our way. Hop on board everyone!
