Y'all do realize she wasn't actually playing all of that don't you? All of the drums and most of the guitar stuff was pre-sequenced, and she would simply kick off the tracks at the appropriate place in the song.

She played the Keyboard part, one solo guitar part and the bass w/ her feet.
