Here's a theme you should check out too - it's not very "radical" but it's a nice, subtle theme that looks more modern than any of the XP themes. The guy that did it has it also packaged w/ the more updated Vista Icons and Cursor.

Yea,,, the links you gave me is where I found this theme. The desktop pic is a wide screen desktop picture from a freind of mine.. he gave me a whole bunch of different ones.. Fractles... Scenic, and so on.

Yeah InterfaceLift is where I pointed Parker originally - they have a page of themes for XP as well as wallpapers...good site - I like vladstudio.com as well - he has some interesting wallpapers (both of my screenshots have vladstudio wallpapers).

Both sites also have some cool dual monitor wallpapers @ 2560x1024 I got for work...
