Y'know, sit back and think of how nice it is to have cellular phones, high speed internet, broadband, and allathat new technical gizmo stuff. TV shows revel in it, with entire plots thrown around little clues and whatnot that are solved by some whiz-bang new techno thingie. One of the series that takes great advantage of this is "24."

Now, thinking about that, let's set the wayback machine to 1994, and run it through again. I give you: "The unaired 1994 pilot preview of '24' (http://tinyurl.com/3y6upo)"

LOL, that's too funny. It reminds me of the other day when my kids asked me if I played Half Life when I was a kid.

Sad part is, I remember running one of the BBS' here in town and over 300 baud dialup, single line. I was rockin' once I dropped $600 on a 1200 baud external modem, and so on... Had me a high speed 9 pin dot matrix printer (with "true descenders') and everything!

For those that might remember, it was called The Unknown Board and was one of the longest running BBS' in town - 10 years (give or take)
