With the huge influx of new and returning players lately, I just wanted to post our in game info for those who want to try out WOW.

Anyone one of those can get you added to the guild.

If you wanted to try it but don't want to buy it, Blizzard has a free 10 day trial on thier website.

There will definately be people on. Here is how to find us.

open a chat window by hitting enter
type: /who Forgotten Misfits
hit enter
That will bring up a window with all the member who are on.
Right click on a name and select whisper from the drop down menu
That opens a pink colored chat box
Type your message and hit enter
Once the person youre talking to responds to you, all you have to do is type /r <space> and you'll be able to talk back and forth.
Whoever you talk to SHOULD be able to get you a guild invite

Remember, there is something called a hearthstone in your inventory that likes kinda like a Certs mint. If you click it, it will take you back to Northshire Valley. As you level and get to higher areas, you can change your hearthstone to ANY Inn you like. It's great for gettgin out of trouble...just like that.

Also realy good for turning in questsor getting back to a capitol city quickly.

Good point Scott, I totally forgot about that damn stone. But lately I've been running back and forth so much in Darkshire I need a new pair of boots every two days. Also with so many lvl 70 horde guys setting up camp IN darkshire, not around darkshire IN darkshire it makes it difficult to get things accomplished. I'm so going to be an arse when I make lvl 70.

Well, if they are hanging out on the roof tops, you can report them. That is against game policy and a BIG no no.

The other option is go to Wetlands. ALOT less of that BS and the same level quests.

You don't need Burning Crusade till you hit level 60. Then if you want to progress, you'll need it to get to 70. Right now regular WoW is $19 at most stores.

Agreed. Level your mage. Right now I am THEE 70 mage in the guild. Dunno why we dont have more but we don't. Mages are a friggin BLAST to play.

I met some chick that helped me out with a couple quests and gave me like 3 gold. She also said she'd make me a wand and transfer it to me. Keep your eyes open for me I guess.

lol...agreed. The diffrence the content. BF2 is what is. WoW changes (and grows) about every 6 weeks or so and (in theory) releases an expansion every 12-18 months.

It really IS a diffrent scenario. MMOs are now my perfered game over FPS. SWG was the coolest game ever (before the COMPLETELY destroyed it). Now WoW is the cats meow.

Pick up a 10 free trial and see for yourself. Also, for you guys who travel, a crazy high frame rate isn't really needed since it isn't a "twitch" based game.
