It doesn't sound like you can DL.
Either you have a 40/20/40 that slides forward or 2 Capt's and a center console. By the sounds of it though, the 40/20/40 is way more popular, and you may find a wrecking yard that may swap you out for straight across trade. I would check out the capt chair config first to see if you like it or no. You would not have to mount the center console if you wanted flow through room.

DODGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!what did ppl do before removable seats.....oh yeah.....we rode in the bed of the truck......we didn't need seats dangit!!!!!! It's called natural selection.....friggin' democrats!!!!!!! Now we have to have SUV's or compact cars.....you may not want to remove that seat.....removing the weight out of the center of the vehicle may lift the vehicle's center of gravity.....Have you ever driven a piece of spaghetti?!?!?!?That truck will be about as unstable as a heroine addict on his first day a methadone clinic.....lol.....Take some pictures of the base of the seat where it connects to the floor and post them......I will be able to tell you if I see what it looks like.

LOLOL.... OMG... Thats true I guess. I'll try and take some pictures and post them.

I would like to remove that seat if I could we are going to the Smokies at the end of Oct. and My mother and father in laws are riding with us and it would be easier for the kids to get to the back seats if that seat was out.

I had a (NEW) Dodge Neon sport that left me stranded WHILE I was Pragnant!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND Waynes Uncle has a Dodge truck a 2006 (not sure what kind but it really big) and that thing is a pile junk!!!!!!! It was NEW when he got it and still a pile of junk. We drove his truck to TX. one day and stopped to get gas in TX and it left us STRANDED!!!!! for hours WITH OUR KIDS!!!!! Keep in mind that everyone was back in MISSISSIPPI!!!! we had to call Waynes grandad to come help us and they live a few hours from where we were!!!! SO BAD LUCK WITH DODGES!!!!!
