He didn't until the water went back down to where he can swim walk or what ever. I'm willing to bet you on that. That building/ casino was just about the only one that didn't end up across the street! That one stayed put. So I would say he stayed there until the next day when the water went back down and he could get out of that building. If I'm not mistaken' he has some video of the after math.. If that is the same guy I'm thinking of. They had him on the news. They showed where he stood at where he spent most of the time recoreding and everything on the news.

He is seriously lucky that garage didn't get swept out into the Gulf.

I think the guy is crazy for trying that stunt. I still remeber the satt photos of Katrina filling the entire Gulf.
