Ok ok... I'm a political junkie, sorry this is obscure to say the least.

The quote from the former Senator from North Carolina is the point; he says

What is so disturbing to me is, what OTHER kind of health care system would a regime like Castro's run? Besides a GOVERNMENT RUN one? The GOVERNMENT OF CUBA runs EVERYTHING in CUBA...

To me the premise of Edwards thought/question/quandary/dilemma regarding Cuba's healthcare system tells me there are lights on but maybe no one is home.

Consider for one moment our esteemed Bush 43 had fired off the above qoute!! HA! "ya know, tell me about Cuba's healthcare system, I don't know anything about it... IS IT GOVERNMENT RUN?"

I've always considered John Edwards to be a red herring. The party leaders asked him to run so that people wouldn't look too close at Hillary. He might even pick up a few sympathy votes because of all the mean people picking on little, defenseless Johnny.
