What Happened?

My stat count jumped like 900+ points over night.
I think they must have finally caught up with a ton of missing stats.
Cool deal. I'll be a Major next time I log in!

From the post on EA's site (http://battlefield.ea.com/battlefield/bf/battlefieldnewsdetail.aspx?site_id=UU1COM5Y-ZEUW-FIC6IS62&storyid=14329), it looks like only people who played during the stat outage will be receiving the points. Fortunately I received a few of those points. During the outage, I didn't get credit for the SF crew service ribbon which I earned, so this kind of eases my woes with regard to that. Of course, I'll happily take any points. I'm not one to look a gift point in the mouth.

I was definitely happy to see the 2000 points added to my account. My long, 30000 point journey to the next rank is almost complete. I could actually make it before the end of the month.

According to you stat page at BF2 player.com you won a Gold Star today.. likely that was in addition to the 2000 points...

...During the outage, I didn't get credit for the SF crew service ribbon which I earned... Same here, and that is kinda hard to get....also, I earned the SF Helicoper Specialist ribbon "3 TIMES" but never received it on my stats page.

But 2000 was ok I guess. They must have had a lot of complaints, and were feeling guilty. They still owe me another 6000 or so.

I guit looking at my score that much. I have no more ranks left to get, and I'll be dead before I get 4 stars, and after getting 3, I became a NOOB MAGNET. :)

I finally got my 200k points, but I'm short on time. I still need 100 hours to get the third star, or is it the forth star? Not really sure on that one. As far as lost points. I didn't get a damn thing. I don't think they owed me any though. I guess it really doesn't matter once you get the 200k anyway.

Oh by the way, I'm back lol. Everything seems to have worked itself out.
