I am in Helena, MT, and I do not own the bar. I just work there. I can promo drinks though. I still think a fishing trip should be in the works. Drift boats, fly rods, Mercs, and beer/swap juice. Fun times would be had by all. Bring the families and they go sight seeing for a day. Hike a few mountains, LaTech can lead this foray, have a big ol' Barbeque. Whatever. Come in the winter and you can go downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or just drink like sailors.

My goal in life was to own a bar before I turned 40 though. I do not think this will happen due to the overwhelming cost of liquor licenses in this state. Average cost right now is $600,000. Small price to pay for alcoholism you might say.LOL.

Who all fishes here? Who would possibly be interested in a fishing vacation?

Man I would love to make a trip up there. Have never been up in that area. But with the way things are right now at work I am having a hard enough time just trying to keep from going in on my days off much less getting any extra time off.

One good thing going on at work though. Took the Sgt. test a few weeks ago and finally got my score. I ended up being 2nd on the list and there is a Capt., a Lt. and a investigator thinging about leaving at the end of the year. So if that happens I might make Sgt. soon.
