Oh my god....more incentive to stay out of the French Quarter for a few weeks.

Now don't get me wrong...a few bars down there are known for some creative stuff like homade bikini contests (women contestants only) where they use whip cream, peanut butter, fruit rollups, whatever (settle down Andy).

Hopefully the bars and clubs will tell them to mind their own business and find someplace else to go.
