The link is from a computer on his local network (bmants). It will not work from the outside. You need to post the video to youtube and post a link (or just search for it on Youtube since everything in the world is on there).

Cool.. I saw a show on the guy who pioneered servicing high power lines... people said it could not be done, so basically one day him and a friend of his went out and tried it.... Apparently they survived that first test.
