The little wh0re is out.... if I sound bitter, it's because I am. Do you think you or I would have been able to do 3 days of a 45 day sentence? Complete BS, if we are going to subject our citizens to the rule of law then ALL SHOULD be SUBJECT in the same manner.

Gee I didn't know you could get released from jail for having crabs, scabies, or HIV... She's a walking Petri dish....Lucky her.

Libby is hung by his thumbs for a faulty memory, while the LEAKER Richard Armitage is making 50k an hour on the lecture circuit.

Libby gets 30 months while Sandy Berger, who STOLE and DESTROYED classified government documents walks with a lost law license and a fine.... I could go on and on.

Meanwhile Senators from both parties support an Amnesty For Everyone Who Ever Violated Any Immigration "LAW". What a complete and utter joke this all has become.

And just a few days ago, she was being praised for reporting for her sentence a few days early. "Oh, what a great example Paris is for showing that even she is not above the law." Yeah right, we see now what example she showed. It's the same example that she shows time after time.

I bet her 3 day stint in jail will end up as a TV miniseries, and she will make lots of money from it. Total BS.

Well, it looks like Paris may be heading back to jail (for season 2 :) ).

However, what I find funny is the explanation from the Sheriff who sent her to house arrest:

"My message to those who don't like celebrities is that punishing celebrities more than the average American is not justice,"

What the hell?!?!?!?! All we want is for her to do her time LIKE THE AVERAGE AMERICAN instead of getting spoiled by the justice system in conjunction with the spoiling she's already received from her family!! I would like him to name the list of celebrities that he thinks is being punished more than the average American. Time after time, I see them getting preferential treatment.

Anyway, it looks like the judge who sentenced her is not going to stand for it. We need more judges like this one.

Walters beat me to it....rats!

The judge however is looking to hold the sheriff that released her in contempt.

Well...I guess we can all be glad that she wasn't an ex-football player who owned a white ford bronco or she'd be out playing golf.

Well..well..well, Looks like there must be one Judge interested in some justice left in California.... Good while I enjoy a relaxing weekend of fishing, shooting, BBQ and beer with my friends and family, she can sit in her own urine wondering why she's in jail.

Think about how out of touch these people must be, not to even realize that laws extend to them. That when a judge tells you not to drive, that you don't drive. I have not one single cell in my body that has a shred of sympathy for that girl.

The last attorney to speak was another deputy city attorney, David Bozanich, who declared, "This is a simple case. There was a court. The Sheriff's Department chose to violate that order. There is no ambiguity."

Hilton's twisted jailhouse saga began Sept. 7, when she failed a sobriety test after police saw her weaving down a street in her Mercedes-Benz on what she said was a late-night hamburger run.

She pleaded no contest to reckless driving and was sentenced to 36 months' probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in fines. In the months that followed she was stopped twice while driving on a suspended license. The second stop landed her in Sauer's courtroom.

Back before Sauer on Friday, Hilton's entire body trembled as the final pitch was made for her further incarceration. She clutched a ball of tissue and tears ran down her face.

Seconds later, the judge announced his decision: "The defendant is remanded to county jail to serve the remainder of her 45-day sentence. This order is forthwith."

Hilton screamed.

Eight deputies immediately ordered all spectators out of the courtroom. Hilton's mother, Kathy, threw her arms around her husband, Rick, and sobbed uncontrollably.

Deputies escorted Hilton out of the room, holding each of her arms as she looked back.

HA HA HA HA !!!!!!! I LOVE IT....

I guess your Judge is not almighty after all.

Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer was calm but apparently irked by Sheriff Lee Baca's decision to release Hilton three days into her sentence due to an unspecified "medical condition."

"I at no time condoned the actions of the sheriff and at no time told him I approved the actions," Sauer said. "At no time did I approve the defendant being released from custody to her home."

The hearing was requested by the city attorney's office, which had prosecuted Hilton and wanted Baca held in contempt for releasing Hilton despite Sauer's express order that she must serve her time in jail. The judge took no action on the contempt request.

He will have repercussions, but they will be private. if they held him accountable in court, it would be made into a spectacle and embarrass the sheriff's office and county. they will most likely put him on restricted duty and fire him in 6 months for some other reason.
