found out my problem :)

i went to a game test site to see what my problem with my computer and bf2 was.
This is what it said Video Card
Minimum: 100% DirectX 9 compatible 128MB Direct3D Card (GeForce FX 5700+/Radeon 8500, 9500+)

so after all that its my vid card cant do the shaders :(
btw does anyone know if i can just update the shaders or not.

Probably you'll need to drop in a new card EMT... Shouldn't be a big deal cost wise...
