Some of you have heard of my new rig and its claim to fame scores in 3Dmark06. But after reading all the latest articles I'm at a lost for what is said to be coming soon that will make my latest rig look like a pong playing atari system from the past. They are developing motherboards to handle 4 8800GTX cards. in an effort to make space versions with water cooling like shown in the attached picture are being developed. Zeus power supplies in the 850+ wattage range and quad cpu's. I even read one article that said the design team that spent 4 years developing and making the G80 for teh 8800 series cards is working hand in hand with AMD to develop the worlds first integrated CPU and GPU systems that will integrate them together at teh silicon level. I wish I had a crystal ball to see what my kids will be playing on in the next 5 to 10 years.
