NOLA Peeps....here plz

Hey guys....my 10 year wedding anniversary is coming up in July and I work with an artist who does paintings.

My wife really likes New Orleans themed paintings and this coworker said he could do a painting if I can give him a scene to go from....so....I'm looking for a picture or something to give him that will depict the 'romantic' side of NOLA...possibly something in the French Quarter, Garden District....or wherever. This will be a very large painting. I vision something like one of the old Motels along St. Charles with the street car passing by...

She really likes the old, classic NOLA feel and look. (not the drunks on bourbon street!)

Can you all give me some feedback/ideas please?

As for romantic, the street cars along the mansions on St Charles is definitely a winner. Audubon Park & City Park have phenomenal appeal, check their websites.
