LOL! it took 2 extra months for winter to get here but it's on like Doney Kong now f00s! 16 degrees and with wind chill it's -1.

Yeah well I don't live in Norway or the mountains. The craziest part is on Jan. 15 I was wearing shorts and a T-shirt riding with my windows down and sunroof open. Looks like the tide changed and pushed the ice up onto land.

Yeah it's really cold here as well. I think one day our high was like 37 and our low was 20...

Na that was 1 or 2 weeks ago but thats COLD for us down here..

At every opportunity we have my wife and I encourage our son to plan on attending college in either Texas, Arizona, Florida or New Mexico... Cold weather sucks, and Wichita is cold, and windy and has been that way for nearly a solid six weeks. Global Warming??? It can't get here fast enough.....

We have probably 7" of snow on the ground right now (that a good estimate sling and rook?) and are expecting it to snow more before it's over.

Granted...it's not the 7-8' of snow in New York...but still

I favor snow and cold... however our systems move through here so swiftly we rarely have more than a couple of inches. What we don't like is just the cold, gray, windy, snow-less, dormant landscape. And the ever present prairie wind, blowing cold, cold air.

That's what I hated about ElDorado...all the storm systems would split right around town and to get any REAL snow, you had to go up by the lake. And those winds...man...the winds'll mess you up!
