i say real... why?
from what i found, the guy was behind a suv, suv hit it sent it airborn, minivan finished off. Notice a few things questionable?
No airbag... airbag sensors are behind bumper, vehicle has no bumper damage.
Not much windshield damge? I am guessing it hit the deer's stomach area perfectly. Being the softest part of the deer it 'pops' causing a mess.
No driver outline? Deer was sent airborn by car in front, giving time for the driver to make an 'OH SH!T' reaction,saw he couldn't miss it and ducked...kinda.

I tend to think this is real. As for the heart in the back of the vehicle, we never really get a good view of the deers torso other than the back. This vehicle had to be moving at a fairly good clip to cause the amount of blood to be spewed.

Was supposed to have taken place in Waupaca County Wisconsin when a minivan struck a deer which flew into the air and was then struck by this Trailblazer. Also, it was several years ago (not judging by the age of the vehicle...just found it on some sites back into early '05).

If it DID happen...wouldn't there be a police report?
