What boggles my mind in these types of cases is, where are the tree-hugging-it-takes-a-village-types? Where are Oprah and her millions of fans and dollars stepping in and telling "her" (her word, not mine) people to change their lives? To escape from this cycle of violence and depravity?

When people like Bill Cosby, reach out and rebuke this type of behaviour they are usually met with a firestorm of scorn, outrage and indignation.

Maybe there is no hope for some people, I don't know.
