Yeah it is plaster and it is almost fully repaired helped by LaTech. Finish that and prime today. Here is a little history to the house.

It was built in 1906.
It has three bedrooms and 1 bath. 1 car fully finished garage which is heated.
It has been neglected for quite some time, but has great potential.

My wife and I always wanted to do it this way so we jumped at the chance to pick this up. Also, it helps when you get it well below market value. I predict that we will have $60,000 in equity at the 12 month mark. We shall see. I refuse to flip it though. I love houses with a personality and history, and I want to make this old girl smile again.
