Here's a pic of my latest stringer of snapper. Spear gunned at 126 feet depth 22 miles out in the Gulf from Pensacola Pass.

LOL, if it were that type of thread guys it would be in the drunken forums. lol. I had some blackened Red Snapper fillets last night and damn it boy are they awesome. Took a big iron skillet. Put a thin layer of peanut oil in the bottom. Turned grill on max. Let the skillet get very hot then seasoned the fillets and placed on hot skillet for about 30 secs each side. YUMMY! Blackened Snapper!

Did you use blackening type seasoning? If so, wow searing peppered fish is gooooood. Just be sure to do it outdoors due to the smoke lol
