I thought this was a joke, then I realized it wasn't. LOL. But I guess some effort is better than none... *cough* France...
Please note Canada does not have the ABILITY to quickly move these "Elite" units to the battle. I guess they were planning for an invasion from Minnesota; never considering how improbable that would be!! Go figure... I 'm sure we can find a spare C-17 to get the job done, be sure to send them the f'ing BILL! I'm glad my tax dollars can finance the rest of world's security, then they sit on the sidlines and *****.
If I was Rumsfeld I'd tell our nearly-French neighbors to the north save their tanks to protect your strategic stockpiles of maple syrup and moosehead, we can handle the heavy stuff.
Link Corrected, and I'm not speaking of most Canadians just the one's who don't like America.... We know who those are and they mostly speak french and want to secede from Canada...
